Job summary

Mercer Landmark Inc. is hiring a 2nd shift Mill Operator for our Celina, Ohio facility. The role involves supporting feed manufacturing, loading trucks, unloading ingredients, and operating forklift equipment as part of a diverse, hands-on team.

You will work on WEM automation and perform related duties to ensure safe, efficient production. Requirements include motivation, good communication, basic reading, and the ability to lift and handle heavy materials.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic reading skills.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Ideal candidate would have some experience driving a forklift.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver’s license prior to employment.
• Willingness to perform manual work following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate WEM automation to produce animal feed.
• Work both outside and inside the facility performing tasks as needed.
• Perform daily housekeeping and maintain a clean, orderly facility.
• Comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide customer service to patrons and support their needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
