Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, reliable, self-motivated #Wokstar to join our growing team. This role involves training support at multiple locations including Maple Grove and St. Louis Park, MN.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Hard-working team player eager to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Minimum age of 16 years

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Support customers with technology such as kiosks and QR code ordering
• Learn to build stir-fry meals while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Understand the menu, including dietary restrictions and signature sauces, and describe flavor profiles
