Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking friendly, detail-oriented evening janitors and custodians for a medical facility in Radnor, PA. The role covers common area and bathroom cleaning to keep tenants and visitors safe and healthy.

You will work 4 hours per night, Monday to Friday, 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm, at a rate of $17.25 per hour. The position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Able to stand on your feet for extended periods.
• Experience with cleaning products and cleaning equipment for floors and carpets.
• Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Dusting and polishing surfaces throughout the building including countertops, upholstery, and light fixtures.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans as well as washing and drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages, and needed repairs.
