Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates reliability and ability to follow instructions.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in work areas.

Responsabilités

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms and other areas.
• Clean stains from chairs and upholstered furniture and keep furniture dust-free.
• Maintain lighting fixtures, marble surfaces and moldings; dispose of trash and recycling.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones; clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling containers to disposal area.
• Remove trash and snow from sidewalks; maintain cleaning supplies inventory and inform supervisors of shortages.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and follow safety rules; close doors at end of night shift.
