Job summary

CSI International, Inc. is seeking a reliable night cleaner to maintain a clean facility during evening hours. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, lock doors after hours, and arm alarms as required. Prior cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning products are preferred.

The role supports facilities in real estate, property management, and related sectors, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Applicants should be authorized to work in the U.S. and be comfortable working evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety.
• Able to communicate potential issues to supervisors quickly.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and upkeep in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours and secure the facility.
• Handle spills with appropriate equipment.
• Independently or with a team, complete tasks on time.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs and keep supplies stocked.
• Coordinate with contract cleaning services when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
