Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; trade certificate is preferred.
  • Two to three years in maintenance upkeep and repair including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical.
  • Must be physically able to perform duties and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders with emphasis on safety and service quality.
  • Support evening meetings, events, and after-hours coverage.
  • Perform heavier cleaning, painting, drywall repair and touch-ups as needed.
  • Inspect grounds, remove debris, and monitor outside areas daily.
  • Move and transport furniture, boxes, and equipment around the facility.
  • Carry out custodial duties and follow OSHA safety regulations.
  • Read manuals and work orders; diagnose, repair and test equipment.
