Qualifications

• Experience coaching & supervising multiple positions/employees.
• Valid Driver's License and Background Check required.
• Supervisor experience and commercial cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple facilities and employees.
• Facilitate communication between quality assurance, clients & custodians to ensure needs are met.
• Perform quality assurance inspections and correct deficiencies.
• Train staff and manage shift schedules.
• Weekend rotation is required.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
