Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of building and grounds maintenance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform duties safely with minimal supervision.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• Preferred: at least one year experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the school and grounds in operating condition, cleanliness and safety.
• Perform daily cleaning, disinfection and maintenance routines.
• Follow district, school policies and OSHA standards.
• Work scheduled 12:00pm–8:00pm when in session and 7:00am–3:00pm when empty.
