Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. The role coordinates daily tasks, delegates job assignments, and guides a team to maintain clean, safe buildings for workers and customers.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Follow assigned work schedules, route cards as directed.
Provide leadership and direction to team members.
Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
Maintain open communication between field employees and management and document client communications.
Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules.
Oversee and perform additional service requests in the assigned building.
Oversee quality of work and confirm completion with Area Manager.
Provide training for new hires assigned to the building per onboarding procedures.
Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
