Challenge Manufacturing in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Facilities Janitorial teammate for a 2nd shift (12:00 PM–8:30 PM, Monday–Friday). You will maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas, perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and light repairs, and support landscape upkeep.

This role requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of janitorial experience. The company emphasizes ESOP ownership, safety, teamwork, and career stability with a broad benefits package.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of professional janitorial experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong standards of performance and reliability.
• Ability to work up to 12 hours per day including weekends.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and basic landscaping.

Mansioni

• Follow standard work and daily checklists to ensure tasks meet standards.
• Clean and perform minor repairs to building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, etc.
• Sanitize and stock restrooms/locker rooms.
• Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors.
• Empty and clean wastebaskets and trash containers.
• Rotate through all job responsibilities as needed to support plant flow.
