Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in custodial and building maintenance activities.
• Must have a valid Michigan Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned offices, courtrooms, hallways, restrooms and other County facilities.
• Mops, strips and waxes floors; operates steam cleaner and vacuum.
• Washes windows and cleans walls; dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Operates a motor vehicle to deliver supplies and run errands.
• Moves furniture and assists with room setup for meetings.
• Cleans walls and cleans windows both inside and outside.
