Job summary

The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Public Works team in Prior Lake, MN is hiring a Custodian. Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English clearly.
• Valid Class D driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to handle and lift up to 60 lbs and physical mobility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas, including surfaces, floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and OSHA policies; manage chemicals and equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff while preserving confidentiality and high service standards.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the Supervisor.
• Assist other team members and support events requiring cleaning services and turnover.
• Be available to work weekends and events with little notice.
