The role involves vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and reporting any safety or maintenance issues. Lifting up to 50 pounds and complying with safety procedures are required.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms, and other areas.
• Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, replenish supplies as required.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers to the disposal area.
• Maintain the cleaning chart indicating areas cleaned and inspected.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or maintenance needs.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
