Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a full-time janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety in our facilities. You will work Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 12 am, keeping offices and common areas tidy and disinfected.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, restroom upkeep, trash removal, window cleaning, and reporting unsafe conditions. You must lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety guidelines. We offer a stable role with growth.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Disinfect commonly used surfaces such as desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Empty trash and recycling containers, and maintain restrooms and supplies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Report unsafe conditions and follow safety guidelines.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
