Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Attendant for the evening closing shift. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming recreation facility, including fitness areas, locker rooms, pools, and outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of inspecting and closing the facility each night with care to security and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, common areas, and activity spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Clean mirrors, windows, glass doors, fitness equipment, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of pool, spa, and recreation areas.
• Straighten furniture and ensure all public spaces are organized and presentable.
• Perform routine facility inspections and closing procedures.
• Turn off lights, lock doors, secure gates, and ensure buildings are properly closed.
• Conduct final interior and exterior walkthroughs to ensure safety and security.
