Job summary

Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Housekeeping Tech to join our Environmental Services Department. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting in the ED and surgical areas, supporting patient care through room turnover and high-demand cleaning.

You will maintain equipment, follow PPE guidelines, and complete Healthstream education on time. The position offers a full benefits package and requires a Montana driver license, background check, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial cleaners and equipment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions, including basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Completes all assigned duties with thoroughness and accuracy.
• Assignments are completed in a timely and professional manner, with attention to detail.
• Adapts to changing rules and regulations in Environmental Services.
• Maintains utility and janitor closet areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Cleans and restocks supplies of housekeeping cart at end of shift.
• Keeps all EVS equipment cleaned, stored properly and reports equipment failures.
• Follows departmental PPE and dress code requirements.
