Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Uniform shirts are provided and must be worn during work hours.
• Able to follow spoken and written instructions.
• Able to work without direct supervision.
• Able to sit, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors daily.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and securely store equipment and supplies.
• Complete reports or logs.
• Report equipment malfunctions, injuries, and accidents to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Clean, detail, and refill supplies for all assigned areas of the facility as needed, including common areas and offices.
• Collect trash and recyclables and transport to dumpsters.
• Perform janitorial work to ensure cleanliness of all areas.
