Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The Evening shift runs 3pm–3am, with every 3rd weekend.

This full-time role offers 36 hours per week and competitive base pay with potential increases as compensation structures are updated. You will perform patient assessments, plan and coordinate care, communicate effectively, and provide education tailored to each patient and family.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois nursing license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect health data.
• Coordinate care plans to ensure safe, timely interventions.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and teammates.
• Tailor patient and family teaching to needs.
