Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Sterling, VA is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department, ensure equipment is operational, and supervise technicians in daily activities and safety compliance.

The role requires coordinating with production and engineering, reviewing work, and scheduling weekend projects. Candidates should have 3+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience and a preferred journeyman license.

Qualifications

• 3 years of preventative maintenance, repair and/or installation of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Journeyman license preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical data, diagrams and manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians, assign tasks and train staff.
• Review staff activities for completeness and accuracy.
• Serve as shift emergency maintenance contact for production and engineering.
• Communicate status of work to Maintenance Manager and team.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety and health policies.
• Schedule and assist with weekend projects.
