Job summary

Grand Lake Health System is seeking a Housekeeper to perform cleaning duties across administration, patient care, public areas, and storage spaces. Responsibilities include proper waste disposal and ordering supplies to keep areas stocked and compliant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Full body range of motion required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties in Administration, patient care areas, public areas, supply/storage rooms.
• Assures proper disposal of solid and infectious waste.
• Orders cleaning supplies, paper products, and plastic liners as needed per assigned work area.
• Performs all other duties to ensure the department meets its responsibilities to the patient, customer, and Hospital Mission.
