Qualifications

• Must be able to operate floor and carpet care equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment maintenance.
• Must be able to lift and transport supplies.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to finish and clean floors and carpets; custodial care of buildings, offices and furniture.
• Clean walls, furniture, windows, tiles, fixtures, equipment and floors; vacuum and dust specified areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, replenish supplies, and perform setup for events as needed.
• Maintain open and responsive relationships with students, guests and employees; report malfunctions to supervisor.
