Job summary

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, waste handling, and responding to spills, with opportunities for cross-training and career growth within a collaborative, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• HS - High School Grad or Equivalent or 1 year of housekeeping/ESD experience required in lieu of High School Education.
• Previous housekeeping/custodial experience preferred.
• Strong communication and service orientation for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Dust, mop, scrub, and polish surfaces.
• Follow protocols for safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure proper waste collection, handling, and disposal.
• Respond promptly to spills and urgent cleaning needs.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily cleaning goals.
• Adhere to sanitation and infection prevention standards.
• Respond to service requests and uphold high cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures and infection control guidelines.
• Provide patient- and staff-facing service with a team approach.
