Responsibilities

• Monitor plating process parameters to ensure consistent quality.
• Select appropriate plating solutions and chemicals based on job requirements.
• Immerses workpieces in plating solutions and follows established processes for even deposition.
• Perform routine checks to verify coating thickness and adhesion.
• Maintain detailed records of process parameters, results, and adjustments.
• Adhere to safety protocols and dispose of chemicals according to regulations.
• Keep a clean and organized work environment.
• Prepare reports on production, quality, and issues encountered during plating.
