Qualifications

• Demonstrated verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• High dexterity and eye coordination for delicate equipment tasks.
• Ability to bend, twist and lift up to 30 pounds; stand for long shifts.
• Sit/stand and use hands for up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Read shop orders and follow work instructions.
• Train other Garmin associates on tasks and processes.
• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Test assemblies using standard test equipment and record results.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
