Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in Houston is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join the production team. You will assemble electrical components of actuators using soldering or other approved methods, connect wires to circuits, and follow engineering specifications.

This hands-on role emphasizes quality and safety, with a structured evening shift (15:00-15:40). You will read circuit diagrams and assembly drawings, support continuous improvement, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• Soldering and wiring experience.
• Experience assembling Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and assembly drawings.
• Comfort following engineering work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components of actuators using soldering or other approved methods.
• Connect component wires to circuits and connect wires between individual component leads.
• Comprehend circuit diagrams and assembly drawings while following engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Support continuous improvement by recommending ideas to enhance efficiency, cost savings, quality, and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Team Lead.
