Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a medical, financial, or customer service environment.
• Experience in a patient care environment preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Register patients by collecting and entering accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Greets all customers, including patients, family members and visitors in a caring and professional manner.
• Uses the ED Tracker system functionality appropriately.
• Maintains patient confidentiality.
• Perform clerical duties related to admission, discharge, transfer using the system.
