Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking energetic individuals for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities. You’ll use an open-bed pickup truck, work 8:00pm–finish (1–3 hours), and report via the field app. Prior experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.

Competitive pay of $1,200 per month, with incentive programs and Next Day Pay, plus growth opportunities in a expanding service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name or as an authorized driver.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly trash and recycling collection.
• Use the assigned tote or cart to collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps.
• Utilize the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport trash using an open-bed pickup or cart to on-site dumpsters.
• Perform additional services as needed (porter tasks, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor for a smooth workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize noise and disturbances to residents.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Climb stairs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
