Job summary

Country Dairy is seeking a production/warehouse associate to ensure daily process orders are executed with attention to quality. The role involves packaging, loading milk and specialty products, and recording logistics details. You must lift up to 50 pounds and be able to work 5pm–5am, Monday to Thursday, in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Experience with GMP/SSOP and basic computer skills are required. Forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and quality required for the role.
• Ability to drive or learn to drive a semi in the yard; CDL not required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in cold and wet environments.
• Must follow GMP and SSOP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Produce a consistent and quality product per daily process order.
• Supply supervision and instruction to assisting team members.
• Set up production line for consistent production.
• Monitor bottle supply, coding, filling, capping/induction seal, and crating to meet standards.
• Document required information for quality, quantity, and trackability.
• Communicate quality issues to supervisor and make adjustments.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Repair minor adjustments to production equipment.
• Coordinate staff and handling of materials into the filler room.
• Clean and store equipment to meet SSOP requirements.
