Job summary

QuikTrip is seeking a Dive Coach for our aquatic program in Missouri. The role requires at least three years of dive coaching experience and certifications in water safety. You will plan and run daily practices, ensure diver safety, and deliver high‑quality service to residents and patrons.

Part‑time, seasonal work with hours 2:30pm–6:00pm Monday‑Thursday during the summer, with options for year‑round positions. Relevant certifications (USA Swim Coaching, First Aid, Lifeguarding) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in dive team coaching.
• Current USA Swim Coaching certification preferred.
• American Red Cross First Aid and Lifeguarding credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a safe and excellent customer service experience to residents, members and patrons.
• Oversees seasonal plans for all squads of the dive team and conducts daily practices.
• Monitors safety during practices and meets and communicates with parents and staff.
• Attends meets, clinics and training to keep credentials current.
