Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and reliable on-time pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Assist Service Center Manager, Operations Manager and/or Supervisors.
• Support Drivers and prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and interline companies.
• Assist with data entry, answering phones, and billing.
