Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Banquet Dishwasher for the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. This role operates the dishwasher to clean dishes and utensils used in kitchens, restaurants and banquets and maintains clean work areas.

Qualifications

• Must understand sanitation standards.
• Able to read, write and speak English to read labels and communicate with team.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and other cooking utensils; restock clean glassware, silverware, and plates.
• Perform general cleaning to stay in compliance with health standards.
• Put away food stock and dry goods; rotate stock using FIFO.
• Remove trash and take to dumpster at loading dock.
• Work varying schedules to meet hotel business needs.
• Perform other routine cleaning tasks as assigned.
