Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and store all dishes and equipment following policy.
• Keep kitchen floors clean and sanitary; empty trash.
• Assist with food orders and support chefs and servers.
• Help with events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Follow cleaning schedules and food safety practices.
• Communicate resident likes and dislikes to managers for menu planning.
