Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in the dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; polishes silver as required and maintains sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and safety standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and assists with waste management and cleaning duties.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas and supports loading/unloading as needed.
