Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid NYS driver's license and maintain status throughout employment.
• Must be able to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information.

• Provide ongoing support to residents in the Community Living Services program to ensure a high quality of life.
• Assist with self-care routines, health, safety, household chores, socialization and overall well-being.
