Base pay $19.53/hr (Could reach as high as $22.76/hr with 7+ years experience and a bachelor's degree)

Schedule: Wed-Sat; 11pm-9am

$250 bonus for active MAP certification

About Webster House

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts, Webster House, located in Webster, MA, serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, in an emergency shelter. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the focus is on identifying and treating safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, and factors leading to placement, with the goal of reintegration into family or next placement within days.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid MA Driver's License
• Bachelor's degree or High-school diploma/GED with relevant human services experience
• Experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, behavioral, or neurodevelopmental disorders preferred
• Must be MAPS certified or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
• Availability to attend a 2-week orientation, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, in Rutland, MA
