Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with responsible driving history and up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and support daily living activities.
• Assist with medication administration and nutrition planning.
• Support behavioral management plans with professional boundaries.
• Identify changes in client condition and alert the team.
• Transport clients to appointments and community outings.
