Branches Residential Services is seeking dependable, compassionate professionals to support individuals with disabilities in their homes and community. Open shifts are from 5PM to 1AM, Monday through Friday, with starting/training wages of $15.00–$15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license; reliable transportation; active auto insurance; current vehicle registration; clean criminal history and driving record.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care support.
• Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports.
• Provide transportation to work, community activities, and medical appointments as needed.
• Support individuals in learning about and preparing healthy meal options that encourage overall wellness.
• Demonstrate flexibility in changing situations and adapt to individual needs and daily routines.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
