Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Indigo shifts from 7PM to 7AM in Grand Rapids, MI. This role focuses on helping individuals build independence through daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and skill development.

You will support with ADLs, personal care, medications, transportation, and community outings, while maintaining a safe, structured environment and fostering trust with participants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.
