Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, Direct Care worker certification preferred.
• Clear background check.
• Valid ID/DL and Social Security.
• PPDs, TB or Chest X-ray as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care, light housekeeping and companionship in the consumer's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living and maintains a safe, clean home.
• Performs hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming and dressing as prescribed.
