Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time evening shifts in the Southcoast area, including Fall River, Mansfield and Taunton. Pay is $21.00 per hour, with $22.00 per hour after one year of benefit-eligible employment. Schedules include Saturdays 12pm-8pm and Mon–Wed 3pm-8pm.

No experience is required; we offer on-the-job paid training, professional development, and opportunities for growth. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver's license; Use of your personal vehicle
• TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program
• Provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine
• Meal preparation, personal care, assistance with activities of daily living
• Medication distribution and accompanying medical appointments
