Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and order of the Dining Services Department.
• Sanitize trash containers and kitchen areas as per guidelines.
• Collect and dispose of kitchen grease according to procedures.
• Perform detailed cleaning of facilities, appliances, and equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Support other kitchen functions including receiving, storage, prep, dish machine, and meal service.
