Job summary

Frederick Living is seeking a Part-Time Server to provide a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. As a Server II, you will support meal service, maintain dining room standards, and ensure a safe, clean, customer-focused environment.

Qualifed candidates have a high school education or equivalent, excellent verbal communication, and a commitment to person-centered care. No prior experience required; minimum age 16. This role offers weekend work and a benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests
• Follow established style, sequence, and order of service in dining rooms and at special events
• Complete assigned pre-service and post-service side work
• Follow all safety and sanitation rules and procedures
• Maintain strong communication and rapport with residents and coworkers
• Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the dining team
• Report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor or Manager
• Adhere to appearance, uniform, and work performance standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and neat work environment
• Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety procedures
• Assist with evacuations in emergency situations as needed
• Protect the confidentiality of resident information
• Cooperate with other departments to support overall operations
• Abide by the organization's code of conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned
