Job summary

Frederick Living is seeking a part-time Server II to provide a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. You will support meal service, maintain dining room standards, and ensure a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.

Hours 3:30pm–7:00pm, every other weekend and holiday rotation, with starting pay at $13.75 per hour plus a $1.00 weekend premium. High school or equivalent preferred; no prior experience required; must be at least 16.

• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
• Follow established style, sequence, and order of service in dining rooms and at special events.
• Complete assigned pre-service and post-service side work.
• Follow all safety and sanitation rules and procedures.
• Maintain strong communication and rapport with residents and coworkers.
• Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the dining team.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Adhere to appearance, uniform, and work performance standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and neat work environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety procedures.
• Assist with evacuations in emergency situations as needed.
• Protect the confidentiality of resident information.
• Cooperate with other departments to support overall operations.
• Abide by the organization's code of conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
