Chick-fil-A is seeking team members at our local Charlotte restaurant to provide friendly guest service and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. You will help seat guests, restock supplies, and assist with questions while upholding our hospitality standards. Sundays are off and Sundays scheduling is not required.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and emptying trash.
• Restock napkins, utensils, condiments, and other supplies as needed.
• Assist guests with seating, carrying trays, and answering questions.
• Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• Be available to work between 4 PM and 11 PM.
• Be friendly, outgoing, and passionate about serving others.
• Be able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Maintain cleanliness and pay close attention to detail.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's standards of hospitality and excellence.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays. Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays.
