Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Goshen, IN seeks a part-time Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver a best-in-class dining experience to residents, colleagues and guests.

You will lead service, explain menu items, check diets, stock service areas and maintain cleanliness, while providing attentive, friendly customer service. The role reports to the Director of Dining Services and offers benefits such as health and dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a best-in-class dining experience to residents, colleagues and guests.
• Lead service of food or beverages to residents and prepare or serve specialty diets and dishes as required.
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
• Check residents' diets, likes & dislikes to ensure requirements are satisfied.
• Assist with set-up/breakdown of all scheduled meal periods and stock service areas with supplies.
