Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Correct portioning of breakfast fruits, salads, desserts, milk, bread, margarine, juices, and special nourishment per the menu breakdown and individual diet cards.
• Assembling approximately 200 patient trays each meal period, efficiently and accurately, within a given time period.
• Serves the residents in the dining room with efficiency and accuracy.
• Waits on all residents, guests and authorized diners, as assigned by the team leader.
• Cleans all equipment, fixtures, floors, and walls in the assembly and service areas at the end of each shift and during the shift as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed.
