Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated team member to join the dietary staff in a skilled nursing setting. You will prepare meals following each resident’s diet specifications and comply with food safety standards, under the supervision of the Food Service Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; GED option available.
• Working knowledge of fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet state requirements for food handler training.

• Maintain established dietary procedures and policies.
