Saber-Healthcare-Group is seeking a dedicated dietary aide to prepare meals in a skilled nursing setting in accordance with prescribed diet specs and food-safety regulations. You will work under the Food Service Director and follow all health policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet state requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and safety regulations.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and community procedures.
