Qualifications

• Experience desirable, but not a requirement.
• Mentally alert.
• Clean and appropriately groomed.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co‑workers and vendors.
• Pre‑assembles resident trays and carts.
• Assists with food preparation and serves residents.
• Prepares and pours beverages and assorted snacks.
• Prepares and delivers between meal nourishment.
• Cleans and maintains the dining area post meals.
• Ensures the dining room is clean and transports dishes.
• Restocks all areas.
• Attends all mandatory in‑service meetings.
