Job summary

Cura of Watkins is seeking an Evening Dietary Aide to join our Dining Services team in Minnesota. You'll assist with meal prep, tray service, resident meal service, and kitchen cleaning while maintaining safety and a resident-centered dining experience.

We value teamwork, excellent customer service, and a positive attitude. The shift runs 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, including every other weekend and holiday rotation, with starting wage of $16.50 per hour; related experience considered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve evening meals according to menus and resident diet orders.
• Ensure meals are served accurately and on time.
• Follow portion sizes and therapeutic diet guidelines.
• Serve meals with a friendly, respectful, and resident-focused attitude.
• Assist with snacks and nourishments as assigned.
